Windows使用utc时间

默认情况下linux使用utc时间，windows使用本地时间。操作系统会将时间写入为主板时间。

当装双系统的时候。就会出现问题。

windows使用utc时间：

新建一个文本文档，编辑

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlTimeZoneInformation]
RealTimeIsUniversal=dword00000001

保存，文件后缀改为reg。

双击运行。
